PENDANTS

A pendant is a piece of jewelry which hangs from a chain. Our pendants are handmade by Native American Indian artisans. If the pendant is pictured with a chain, it is usually machine made of sterling silver and is included in the purchase price. *PLEASE NOTE that many Native American Indian hand made items were NOT SIGNED, but may be more desirable and of higher quality than signed pieces. It is also interesting to note that It was often times considered “egotistical’ or “boisterous” among tribal members to sign or hallmark their pieces. Artist’s signatures and “Sterling” stamped on pieces are a relatively recent practice among silversmiths. We will indicate when a piece is clearly “non-Indian” made. The metal is sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy, unless otherwise indicated.

Tucson Indian Jewelry is TEMPORARILY CLOSED. You will be able to browse the jewelry selection, but purchasing items is disabled. We will re-open the shop on Jan 31, at which time you will be able to make purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience.
