  • This Turquoise, Mediterranean Coral, and Bear Claw cuff was created at the Casa Kakiki workshop in El Paso, Texas.
  • Howard Shaw, a Cheyenne from Oklohoma, started this business in the late 1960’s.
  • Mr. Shaw, wife, daughter, and a few Tigua Indians designed the pieces (according to his daughter). Tigua Native American Indians created Kakiki pieces.
  • The Tiguas executed the designs and Mr. Shaw drove all around the country buying raw materials, selling jewelry, attending shows, and winning awards!
