Description
- Phenominal Zuni Sterling Silver Cuff featuring “Knifewing” inlay by Anna Rita and Lambert Homer Jr. Circa 1970s – 1980’s.
- According to Toshio Sei from his book “Kachinas and Ceremonial Dancers in Zuni Jewelry” the silverwork may have been created by a Navajo silversmith because of the excessive silver work. Toshio further explains that the insert has no hallmarks. Schiffer Publishing page 17.
- Lambert Homer Jr. was heavily collected by CG Wallace and was well represented in the C. G. Wallace catalog that was auctioned by Sotheby’s.
